When my wife was pregnant with our second child, we kept telling our firstborn (son, 2 years 9 months) that when the baby came that he could help us take care of him. We had brought a doll with two bottles (1 milk & 1 orange juice) for him to practice feeding to doll so he could feed the real baby. We gave him the doll and bottles just before we went to the hospital. A few days after Mom and baby came home, my wife was breast feeding the baby, and our older son came by and was watching. My wife asked if he knew what the baby was doing, and he said yes that the baby was being fed. He asked my wife what the baby was getting and she told him milk. He asked: "Do you have orange juice in the other one?"
